Medior back-end developer wanted! (.NET)

We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a fast-growing startup.

Founded six years ago by two entrepreneurs, this company develops an innovative SaaS platform that enables businesses to digitize their daily operations. Their mission is to build a future-proof software platform that helps organizations across Europe work more efficiently. With their innovative solution, they serve customers in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, and several other European countries. Their ambition? The platform provides one integrated solution for planning, customer management, online bookings, inventory management, administration, and payment processing. Everything is developed entirely in-house, placing quality, innovation, and speed at the heart of the organization.

You will be joining a close-knit team of around fifty colleagues in an international working environment, based in a modern and dynamic office. The office is located in an inspiring tech hub that houses multiple fast-growing startups. As a .NET Developer, you will join a team of eight developers in a multicultural environment. The team consists of both men and women, and English is the primary working language. Development is organized according to the Agile methodology, with short sprints and daily stand-ups to discuss progress and address any challenges. This allows you to continuously learn while making a direct impact on the ongoing development of the platform.

The software is built entirely in-house from scratch. Your responsibilities will mainly include:

• Optimizing the existing application
• Migrating legacy code to a modern technology stack
• Developing new features
• Building and maintaining various integrations 

You will be given a great deal of freedom and responsibility to contribute your own ideas and help take the platform to the next level. Collaboration is key, ensuring that code quality remains consistently high.

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience
• At least 3 years of experience with C#/.NET
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
